We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our senior leadership. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and facilitates effective communication and seamless coordination with both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives' schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence effectively.
  • Support strategic and operational initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
