About the Role

Loyal Partners is seeking an Executive Director to lead a confidential, independent academy specializing in the retail sector. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires a visionary leader with a passion for driving organizational growth and developing national talent. The Executive Director will be responsible for the academy's strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and strategic execution of the Academy.
• Develop and implement the Academy's strategic and operational plans.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities and private sector organizations.
• Oversee the development of training programs and professional certifications aligned with labor market needs.
• Manage the relationship and performance of the operating company.
• Drive financial sustainability, revenue growth, and budget management.
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
• Represent the Academy with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in training management or educational academies, preferably within the retail and wholesale sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
