About the Executive Housekeeper Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of housekeeping to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service, contributing to memorable guest experiences. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs for the housekeeping team.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly concerning the proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control within a hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning and chemical handling.
