About the Executive Sales Role at Four Points by Sheraton

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales capacity. The role involves direct guest interaction, sales strategy implementation, and supporting the Sales & Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest calls, requests, and issues by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
• Employ sales techniques to maximize revenue while fostering guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• Determine and issue complimentary items to guests as a gesture of patronage.
• Promote the brand image both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Input Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing operations.

Professional Conduct and Team Support

• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance and personal grooming.
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors is also expected.
