Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during meals.
• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests professionally.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.
• Upholding the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton in daily operations.

Operational Standards and Physical Requirements

• Maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding established quality standards.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over varied surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying menu information.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
