Job Description - B2B Sales Representative

A leading e-commerce company is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to be responsible for targeting potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sustainable sales growth.
The role includes leading the sales process from initial research to closing deals, ensuring high-quality service to customers.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through networking, cold calling, and business directories.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and provide professional service to ensure continuity of cooperation.

  • Present and sell the company's services to potential customers in the business sector.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a manner that achieves maximum value and profitability.

  • Prepare sales reports and update customer data using the CRM system.

  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor behavior to identify new opportunities.

  • Attend events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the network and generate potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare plans and tools that support customer attraction and increase awareness of services.

  • Communicate customer feedback to the operations team to improve service.

  • Achieve and exceed the monthly and annual targets set by the company.


Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in B2B sales or a similar field.

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

  • High ability to learn quickly and a clear passion for sales.

  • An active personality with a strong focus on achieving results.

  • Excellent communication and professional relationship-building skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
