Available Positions:
* Analyst – Lease & Contracts
- Location: Eastern & South Region
- Identify strategic land plots and fuel station sites across DOCO, COCO, and M&A models
- Build a strong pipeline of landlords, brokers, and investors
- Lead end-to-end deal negotiations with internal teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Economics or Business Administration
- 6+ years’ experience, including 4+ years in fuel real estate
- Saudi government–accredited real estate certification preferred

* Analyst, Business Development
- Location: Eastern Region
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and maintain opportunity pipelines
- Develop financial models, business cases, and project proposals
- Support deal evaluation and maximize value through data-driven insights
- Coordinate with strategy, finance, operations, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years’ experience (oil & gas, fuel industry, or consulting preferred)
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills
- Understanding of P&L and market analysis
