Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified Financial Manager in the health sector to oversee and lead our organization's financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial controls, developing financial strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing company resources and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures • Managing budget preparation and monitoring • Overseeing financial reporting and analysis • Leading a team of financial professionals • Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Manage financial accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Professional certification (*, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Experience in Odoo ERP & retail software is required.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.

• Financial Management and Reporting:
  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion of activities.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts with full P&L and balance sheet ownership.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Raise internal invoices for intercompany work.
• Audit And Compliance:
  • Lead the annual audit, serving as the primary contact for external auditors.
  • Preparation of financial statements under local GAAP.
• Tax / Fiscal Returns:
  • Preparation of fiscal returns for legal entities.
  • Liaise with tax and accounting advisors as necessary.
• Team Collaboration And Development: Partner with global finance shared service teams.
• Control And Process Improvement:
  • Maintain a robust control environment.
  • Improve financial processes through standardization and automation.
• Treasury: Ensure bank mandates and maintain cash flow forecasting.
• Ad Hoc: Main contact for financial queries regarding legal entities.

• Qualified ACA (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience in a global organization in a multicurrency environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles.
• Intermediate excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
