Role Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare and consolidate financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations (KSA, Lebanon, GCC).
• Project Accounting & Profitability Tracking: Implement a project-based accounting structure and track profitability metrics.
• ERP & Systems: Manage Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate data entry and optimal usage of financial dashboards.
• Cost Control & Internal Audit: Establish financial policies, monitor costs, and conduct internal audits.
• Treasury & Banking Relationships: Manage cash flow, maintain banking relationships, and oversee financing facilities.
• Accounting & Compliance: Supervise the accounting team, ensuring timely invoicing and compliance with tax filings.
• Strategic & Management Support: Provide financial insights to senior management and support business decisions.

Job Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Experience in project-based industries such as construction or engineering.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• GCC/KSA experience is preferred.

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Finance Services division. This role is key in managing and structuring financing and investment funds regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in achieving their Capital investment targets.
• Originate and execute corporate finance transactions and manage financing funds.
• Participate in preparing financial models, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and Shariah advisors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
• Understanding of CMA regulations and financing structures in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financing products.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• CME certification preferred.
