Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Director will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and accuracy of all financial statements, reports, and disclosures. This role ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity of MATARAT Holding's financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts, preparation of journal entries, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits and examinations.
• Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and safeguard financial assets.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations for improvement in alignment with the financial performance team.
• Ensure the documentation of financial processes and controls to support audits and financial reviews.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines.
• 9 – 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
