Overview of the Role

Auxo Talent's client is seeking a senior leader in Financial Services consulting to drive the growth and development of their consulting business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on building C-suite relationships across various financial entities, including banks, insurance companies, fintechs, payment providers, and regulators. The successful candidate will advise clients on strategic and large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and complex consulting pursuits.
• Shape transformation strategies and execution roadmaps for clients.
• Identify opportunities across digital banking, AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, risk, compliance, and operating model modernisation.
• Act as the primary link between Saudi clients and global Financial Services capabilities.
• Mobilise international expertise to support client engagements.
• Strengthen the company’s market position within the region.
• Support the development of the local consulting team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a senior Financial Services consulting leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and client engagement. This role requires an individual capable of operating at a strategic level, engaging with C-suite executives, and leading complex transformation projects.

Required Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Financial Services consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-suite relationships.
• Experience in advising clients on strategic and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in areas such as digital banking, AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, risk, compliance, and operating model modernisation.
