We at IDesign are looking for experienced architectural engineers with 4 to 6 years of experience to supervise the finishing works in Al-Mahdiyah neighborhood in Riyadh. This role requires strong supervisory skills to ensure the projects are executed according to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Field supervision of finishing works and ensuring they are executed according to engineering specifications.
  • Monitoring contractors and suppliers' compliance with the quality of materials used and safety standards.
  • Reviewing execution plans and coordinating with different teams to ensure work efficiency.
  • Preparing periodic reports on work progress and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring adherence to the specified schedule and providing appropriate solutions in case of any delays.
  • Communicating with the engineering management and providing technical recommendations as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Practical experience ranging from 4 to 6 years in the supervision of finishing works.
  • Familiarity with engineering standards and construction and finishing requirements.
  • Strong team management skills and coordination between various parties.
  • Proficiency in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Ability to solve problems and make appropriate decisions on-site.
