Role Overview

United Motors Company is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding fleet and corporate vehicle sales. The position focuses on acquiring and retaining key business accounts, overseeing tenders and contracts, and providing tailored mobility solutions to corporate, government, and rental clients. This role is central to driving revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute fleet and corporate sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets set by Management.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, government, leasing, and fleet accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Respond to and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and tenders in line with company guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management and Market Expertise

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and fleet customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, service-level agreements, and renewal terms to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s vehicle lineup, fleet solutions, financing options, and aftersales services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on fleet promotions and campaigns.

Operational Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Support fleet vehicle ordering, colors, trims, allocation, registration, and delivery processes within the Fleet Sales Department.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales and management, including sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as volume, revenue, margin, customer retention, and contract compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Fleet Sales Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in automotive fleet and corporate sales.

Work Conditions

This is an office-based, full-time role that requires frequent travel to customer sites. The position may also involve attendance at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows.
