About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is developing a diverse destination portfolio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, encompassing residential communities, hospitality, retail, entertainment, and staff accommodation. The Staff Accommodation portfolio supports a large, multi-national workforce and includes associated retail, leisure, entertainment, and food & beverage amenities. This full-time role as Food & Beverage Senior Manager, Property Management Staff Accommodation, serves as the senior operational leader accountable for the end-to-end catering and dining ecosystem across this portfolio.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of this position is to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and culturally adaptive dining program that meets the needs of residents from over 50 nationalities. This includes ensuring variety, nutritional balance, and consistently high service standards across all daily meal services. The catering model involves cook-at-site and serve operations, utilizing fully equipped kitchens, dining halls, and café infrastructure. The role also involves leading the selection, mobilization, and governance of catering service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the F&B strategy for Staff Accommodation, aligning with resident expectations and portfolio growth.
  • Design and implement the cook-at-site and serve operating model, including workflows, schedules, and service formats.
  • Lead the procurement, mobilization, and contract governance of catering service providers, ensuring capability to serve diverse nationalities.
  • Govern menu development to ensure cultural representation, nutritional balance, and responsiveness to resident feedback.
  • Oversee food production, service delivery, and hospitality standards across all dining facilities.
  • Implement and enforce HACCP-based food safety, hygiene, cleaning, and regulatory compliance systems.
  • Drive digital enablement initiatives to enhance transparency, convenience, and resident engagement.
  • Optimize F&B cost structure, implement sustainability initiatives, and manage demand planning.
  • Develop and execute approved monetization strategies leveraging F&B assets beyond staff accommodation residents.
  • Lead a high-performing F&B oversight team and establish performance reporting and governance cadence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Industrial Catering, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience and leadership in delivering high-volume, multi-site, multi-shift catering operations, preferably in residential communities, workforce accommodation, hospitals, cruise liners, campuses, or large hotels.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity (*, Executive Chef, Head of F&B).
  • Demonstrated experience in mobilization, pre-opening, or transitions, including operator appointment and go-live readiness.
  • HACCP Certification (required/strongly preferred) and demonstrable implementation experience.
  • Food safety certifications such as ServSafe (Manager) or equivalent recognized food safety credential.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with evolving priorities.
  • GCC/KSA experience is preferred.
