About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is seeking a Food & Beverage Senior Manager to oversee the entire catering and dining ecosystem across its staff accommodation portfolio in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires over 10 years of progressive experience in high-volume catering operations.

Role Context and Purpose

The Food & Beverage Senior Manager is the senior operational leader responsible for delivering a high-quality, inclusive, and culturally adaptive dining program for a diverse workforce of over 50 nationalities. The role ensures variety, nutritional balance, and consistently high service standards across all daily meal services, leveraging cook-at-site and serve models with equipped kitchens, dining halls, and café infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the F&B strategy and operating model for Staff Accommodation, including kitchen workflows, service formats, and peak-time planning.
  • Establish a portfolio-wide F&B governance framework with service standards, SOPs, and QA/QC processes.
  • Lead the selection, mobilization, and contract governance of catering service providers, ensuring capability to serve diverse nationalities at scale.
  • Oversee menu development, ensuring cultural representation, nutritional balance, and adherence to dietary needs, incorporating resident feedback.
  • Maintain high standards for food production, service delivery, and hospitality, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive digital enablement for enhanced transparency, convenience, and resident engagement through various digital tools.
  • Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and implement sustainability initiatives within the F&B operations.
  • Develop and execute approved monetization strategies for F&B facilities beyond staff accommodation residents.
  • Lead and develop the F&B oversight team, ensuring training and capability building for scaling operations.
  • Establish structured performance reporting and governance cadence for executive leadership updates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Industrial catering, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience and leadership in delivering high-volume, multi-site, multi-shift catering operations, preferably in residential communities, workforce accommodation, hospitals, cruise liners, campuses, or large hotels.
  • Over 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (*, Executive Chef, Head of F&B).
  • Demonstrated experience in mobilization, pre-opening, or transitions, including operator appointment and go-live readiness.
  • HACCP Certification and demonstrable implementation experience.
  • Food safety certifications such as ServSafe (Manager) or equivalent.
  • GCC/KSA experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within Qiddiya Investment Company's developing destination portfolio, supporting a large, multi-national workforce.
