Role Overview

The Golf Landscape Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure golf courses are maintained to the highest standards. This involves close collaboration with the golf course management team, groundskeeping staff, and external vendors to implement best practices in turf management, irrigation, and overall landscape maintenance. The supervisor's leadership is vital for maintaining the aesthetic appeal, health, and safety of all golf course landscapes. This position is suited for a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of golf course landscaping, horticulture, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily golf course landscape maintenance activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage the care and maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features on the golf courses.
• Implement and monitor irrigation systems to optimize water usage and maintain turf health.
• Train, lead, and motivate landscaping and groundskeeping staff to achieve performance objectives.
• Work closely with golf course management and other departments to align landscape maintenance with operational needs.
• Inspect golf course landscapes regularly to identify and address issues such as pest infestations, plant diseases, or irrigation problems.
• Manage inventory of landscaping materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure all landscaping activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for golf course landscape maintenance.
