About the Government Sales Manager Role

AOFUQ TM, a Saudi information technology company specializing in innovative solutions across cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, is seeking a Government Sales Manager for its operations in Riyadh. This role operates on a part-time, hybrid work model, combining on-site client engagement with remote flexibility.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Government Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities within the government sector, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting AOFUQ TM's advanced technology solutions. This position involves managing the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing deals. Key daily activities include preparing proposals and bids, coordinating responses to RFPs and tenders, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet specific government requirements. The role also requires developing strategic account plans, accurately forecasting sales, meticulously tracking pipeline activities using CRM tools, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within government accounts. Continuous monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and public sector regulatory updates is essential to inform sales strategies and business planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end government sales cycles and achieving defined targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Etimad platform.
  • Demonstrated account management skills focused on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships within the public sector.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, RFPs, and tendering procedures specific to Saudi Arabia.
