About the Role
Deutsche Bahn is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate HR Specialist to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for a recent graduate eager to build a career in Human Resources, supporting daily HR operations and contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.
Role Overview
As a Graduate HR Specialist, you will provide essential support across various HR functions. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a global engineering and consulting company within the rail sector. You will assist in maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Ensure HR documentation adheres to company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with the payroll department for employee data updates.
- Support HR reporting and data entry into HR systems.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles; internship experience is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the HR field.
