About the Graphic Design Officer Role

NHC Innovation is seeking a Graphic Design Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the execution of creative visual solutions, design assets, and branded materials.

Role Purpose and Context

The Graphic Design Officer is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality communication outputs by applying NHCI’s visual identity guidelines, design standards, and creative principles. This role supports institutional campaigns, programs, and stakeholder engagement across both digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect design requirements and briefs from stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
• Research design trends, creative references, and visual styles to support design development.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts, and visual solutions for communication materials.
• Implement NHCI brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
• Execute the design and production of digital and print materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Create visual assets for campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications.
• Perform graphic design activities using professional design software to produce high-quality creative outputs.
• Develop templates, layouts, and design elements to support consistent visual communication.
• Support the creation of corporate publications, infographics, and branded communication materials.
• Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and communication channels.
• Assist in preparing event branding materials, including banners, signage, invitations, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather design inputs and deliver required creative materials.
• Follow up on design feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and creative suppliers for design production requirements.
• Review final artwork to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with approved design standards.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets for future use.
• Support the development and update of visual design libraries and reusable assets.
• Prepare final artwork files according to printing and digital publishing requirements.
• Ensure consistency of typography, colors, imagery, and layouts across all designed materials.
• Support the execution of creative concepts for campaigns and institutional initiatives.
• Perform image editing, photo retouching, illustration, and layout formatting when required.
• Assist in improving existing designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.

• Support the implementation of creative ideas into practical visual solutions.
• Maintain awareness of current design tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in graphic design.
