About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video editing capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content and editing videos that are engaging, high-quality, and aligned with our brand identity.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics including proposals, capability statements, presentations, and social media assets

• Create motion graphics and video edits using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand briefs and translate them into impactful visuals
• Maintain version control, file management, and progress tracking using Microsoft Teams Planner

Essential Requirements

• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality results independently
• Well-organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a structured, corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail, including portfolio presentation and file hygiene

Preferred Experience

• Recent experience working in or with a built environment consultancy (* project management, architecture, engineering)
• Familiarity with corporate brand communication and B2B design requirements
