Tasks and Responsibilities: - Design advertising and marketing publications for social media platforms. - Manage and coordinate the company's identity across social media channels. - Design profiles, reports, and presentations. - Prepare and edit videos and short promotional clips. - Produce motion graphics and intros using After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Execute professional designs using Photoshop and Illustrator. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns and creative content. Qualifications Required: - At least two years of experience in graphic design and creative production. - Thorough knowledge of visual identity and real estate marketing fundamentals. - High skill in video editing and professional output. - Ability to work within a team and under deadline pressure. - Refined artistic sense and ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
