This position aims to enhance the company's media presence through managing visual content, designing marketing materials and profiles, and contributing to supporting real estate projects and auctions through impactful and professional designs. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Design advertising and marketing publications for social media platforms. - Manage and coordinate the company's identity across social media channels. - Design profiles, reports, and presentations. - Prepare and edit videos and short promotional clips. - Produce motion graphics and intros using After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Execute professional designs using Photoshop and Illustrator. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns and creative content. Qualifications Required: - At least two years of experience in graphic design and creative production. - Thorough knowledge of visual identity and real estate marketing fundamentals. - High skill in video editing and professional output. - Ability to work within a team and under deadline pressure. - Refined artistic sense and ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
