The Role of Growth Lead, Activation

As a Growth Lead, Activation, you will be responsible for the critical phase of converting newly acquired customers into active, first-time users of Fina’s financing products. This is a full-time, hands-on role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 0-1 years of experience. The position demands a customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding and optimizing the customer journey from onboarding to initial product use.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and first-order journey, aiming to reduce time-to-first-order and increase onboarding completion rates.
• Engage directly with merchants and customers through interviews, calls, and field visits to map their journey and identify specific points of friction.
• Design and implement frictionless onboarding flows (Onboarding v2) and automated nudge/reminder systems in collaboration with the Growth Squad.
• Translate qualitative customer insights into tangible UX and process improvements that streamline the activation process.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Risk/KYC teams to resolve onboarding and activation bottlenecks, ensuring continuous funnel progression.
• Monitor and analyze leads, activation, and funnel metrics to ensure decisions are data-driven.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A genuine customer-discovery mindset, including a willingness to engage with users, conduct interviews, and map journeys to identify friction points.
• Demonstrated bias for action and comfort operating effectively within a fast-paced, ambiguous, and early-stage environment.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
