W Hotels is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable first and last impression for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and positive from start to finish.
Role Overview
Guest Arrival Experts are instrumental in guiding guests through their arrival and departure processes. This role requires initiative and a proactive approach to delivering a wide range of services. You will be empowered to manage operational needs, address guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local insights, ensuring all guest interactions feel like an integral part of their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate guest arrival and departure experiences with a focus on creating positive impressions.
- Proactively manage operational tasks to ensure smooth guest transitions.
- Respond to and address guest requests and inquiries efficiently.
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately.
- Share relevant local information and highlights with guests.
- Ensure all guest transactions are handled as part of a positive overall experience.
Essential Duties and Physical Requirements
This role involves being on your feet for extended periods, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk for long durations. You will also need to perform physically demanding tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects. This includes handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and objects exceeding 75 pounds with assistance. Performing these duties effectively is critical to meeting guest expectations and business needs.
