Role Summary

The Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh is responsible for guiding guests through their entire stay, ensuring a memorable and unique experience beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This full-time role requires individuals to take initiative in delivering a wide range of services, addressing guest requests, and managing operational needs. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete reports and share information about the local area with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
