About the Guest Service - Driver Role

Qiddiya is seeking a dedicated Guest Service - Driver to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position focuses on providing guests with safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and upholding Qiddiya's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and safe transportation for guests to various destinations within and outside Qiddiya premises.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned company vehicle.
• Assist guests with luggage and deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety.
• Collaborate with the Guest Services team to manage schedules and fulfill guest transportation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate department.
• Uphold a professional appearance and conduct that reflects Qiddiya's brand values.

Required Qualifications

• A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, with a preference for experience in guest service or hospitality sectors.
• The ability to manage guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations in Riyadh.
• A high degree of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
