About moomoo and the Role

moomoo Arabia Capital, part of FUTU Group, is a leading global digital brokerage and wealth management platform. As moomoo deepens its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is building a local team to deliver world-class advisory services to clients. This full-time role is a foundational hire to establish and lead the organization's licensed advisory business line in Riyadh.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Advisory will be responsible for leading, designing, and scaling the advisory function. This includes structuring client portfolio frameworks, overseeing suitability models, and building a high-performing advisory team. The position directs the advisory function, ensuring total compliance with market conduct and client protection rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee client risk-profiling and suitability assessment frameworks prior to issuing advice.
• Structure diversified asset allocation strategies and model portfolios, ensuring alignment with client risk boundaries.
• Review and approve all advisory disclosure statements, fee structures, and conflict-of-interest logs.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain a zero-breach environment across all advisory activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage a lean team of certified investment advisors as the business grows.
• Work with regional product teams to localize the application's advisory, wealth tools, and market insight features for Saudi users.
• Manage relationships with premium and High-Net-Worth (HNW) platform investors, providing macro market insights.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the advisory business line during routine CMA inspections and audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Advisory and Capital Markets.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Possession of CME-1 and CME-4 Certificates.
• Prior experience at an asset management firm, wealth management platform, or investment bank (institutional coverage) is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of advisory policies, procedures, KYC, suitability frameworks, and internal controls.
• Ability to meet the CMA’s fit-and-proper requirements.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Deep structural understanding of local and international investment markets.
• Prior experience or strong comfort working within an app-based brokerage or advisory environment, reflecting a fintech mindset.
