The Role of Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all financial matters at Mnzil. This full-time position involves collaborating with the CEO and the leadership team on significant financial decisions, such as budgeting, investment analysis, and supporting fundraising initiatives. You will also be tasked with establishing the financial systems, tools, and processes necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting and clear visibility as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports on schedule, free from material errors.
• Design and implement a comprehensive planning and budgeting framework for adoption across all departments.
• Develop an integrated financial reporting dashboard with automated data feeds.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and payment processes.
• Lead a cost optimization program targeting key expense categories.
• Guide and develop the accounting team, acting as a business partner to leadership.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance.
