Head of Inventory Control

About the Role

Grivot, a human resources consulting and services company, is recruiting a Head of Inventory Control on behalf of a leading company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading inventory control across warehouses, branches, and departments to ensure accurate inventory records, effective stocktaking, and robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with established inventory policies and procedures.
• Plan and supervise physical stock takes and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and inventory balances with the general ledger.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, expiry dates, and identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete items.
• Manage and develop the inventory control team, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production, and Operations departments.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and provide support for internal and external audits.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
