Located in the heart of Riyadh, within the iconic Kingdom Tower, the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is a sophisticated hub. The hotel's redesigned interiors blend authentic Saudi heritage with modern craftsmanship, supported by a team dedicated to providing personalized service and hospitality. The property offers 276 spacious rooms and luxurious suites. The hotel features three exceptional dining venues with a combined seating capacity of 250 guests, and extensive event facilities spanning 7,213 square meters. The hotel also houses a world-class spa with dedicated facilities for male and female guests, including 8 treatment rooms for men and 1 for women, alongside a fitness center.

Role Responsibilities

As a Host/ess, your primary responsibility is to be the first point of contact for arriving guests, setting a welcoming tone for their experience. Key duties include:

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Coordinating reservations to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Promptly addressing guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintaining efficiency and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
• Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Exclusively available to Saudi Nationals, in alignment with Saudization efforts and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Six to twelve months of experience in a restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent role.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, Four Seasons services, and general hotel knowledge.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
