• Welcoming guests with a smile and polite greeting upon their arrival
• Managing the waiting list and organizing reservations
• Accompanying guests to their appropriate tables
• Ensuring the readiness and cleanliness of tables before guests are seated
• Coordinating with the service team (captain/waiter) to ensure prompt service
• Answering phone calls and receiving reservations
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance that represents the restaurant's identity
• Monitoring guest satisfaction during their time in the restaurant
