About the HR Intern Role
Help AG is seeking an HR Intern to join its team in Riyadh. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical exposure to Human Resources functions within a corporate setting. The role is designed for recent graduates eager to develop their HR knowledge and skills.
Role Context and Support
The HR Intern will work closely with the People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team, providing essential support to daily HR operations and administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. This position offers exposure to key HR areas including onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing employee documents and coordinating onboarding requirements.
- Help prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and other employee-related correspondence.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining HR data.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Work Environment and Type
This is an internship position based in Riyadh. The role is part of the Tamheer Program and offers a hands-on learning experience within the HR department.
