HR Accounts Manager

About the Role

Tabsco, a company specializing in Human Resources services, is seeking an HR Accounts Manager to join their team in Riyadh, specifically in the Al Zahra District. This full-time role involves managing client accounts and overseeing HR operations, with a strong focus on compliance with Saudi government platforms and regulations.

Role Overview

The HR Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing client requirements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. The position requires hands-on experience in client account management, HR operations, and proficiency with Saudi government platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and oversee all HR-related requirements.
• Supervise daily HR operations to ensure efficient execution.
• Manage and monitor Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor compliance indicators such as the Wage Protection System (WPS), Saudization, and Nitaqat classifications.
• Follow up on work permits, Iqama renewals, employment contract documentation, and other government-related procedures.
• Coordinate regularly with clients to resolve operational issues and challenges.
• Prepare periodic reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for management and clients.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR operations and Saudi government platforms.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• High sense of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
