About the Role

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to support the human resources function of a leading children's play and entertainment venue in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers a salary of 6,000 - 7,000 SAR per month, along with medical coverage and a visa.

Core Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in managing various HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and essential HR documentation.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
  • Supporting employee relations and responding to HR-related inquiries from staff.
  • Monitoring attendance, managing leave requests, and overseeing staff scheduling records.
  • Coordinating payroll inputs and administering employee benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and internal company policies.
  • Assisting with government-related HR processes, including GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa.
  • Supporting performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining precise employee databases.
  • Coordinating training sessions and supporting employee engagement activities.
  • Assisting with visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally within the hospitality, retail, entertainment, leisure, or family entertainment sectors.
  • A strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role supports a leading children's play and entertainment venue.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary ranges from 6,000 to 7,000 SAR per month. The compensation package also includes medical coverage and a visa.
