About the Human Resources Coordinator Role

Bravo International Co. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support its operations in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, looking to contribute to a modern retail company known for its unique designs and elevated shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for daily Human Resources operations, including the maintenance of employee records.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Coordinate the preparation and management of HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure adherence to established HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct team members to appropriate resources.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the organization of training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare Human Resources reports as required.
  • Support compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles.
  • Experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and local labor regulations, with the ability to ensure consistent and compliant application.
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration and a basic understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, including addressing employee inquiries and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR information systems (HRIS) tools.

Essential Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Jeddah.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah Region, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah.
