About the Role

Atheeb Catering Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with over 10 years of HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
• Administer payroll, benefits programs, and maintain employee records.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and workforce planning efforts.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Previous HR experience within Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
