About the Role

مجموعة وافر العالمية للتجارة is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a highly knowledgeable individual with strong operational expertise across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will focus on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, system building, team leadership, performance monitoring, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management, rather than solely managing daily employee transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies based on organizational needs, productivity, turnover, retirement, and expansion plans.
  • Conducting job analysis to update job descriptions, responsibilities, qualifications, and required competencies.
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection processes to ensure candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
  • Managing employee orientation programs to prepare new hires for training and practical work.
  • Directing training and development initiatives, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, and measuring the impact of both On-the-Job (OTJ) and Off-the-Job training.
  • Implementing performance management systems that link results to objectives, key performance indicators, development plans, and reward structures.
  • Reviewing compensation and benefits to ensure internal fairness and market competitiveness.
  • Managing employee relations, including complaints and disputes, to foster a professional work environment.
  • Monitoring attendance, absenteeism, tardiness, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and organized application.
  • Ensuring HR compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, and aligning internal policies and procedures.
  • Identifying critical roles, assessing talent loss risks, and developing succession plans.
  • Building and monitoring HR metrics and KPIs, preparing dashboards, reports, and executive recommendations for senior management.
  • Directly supervising the HR team, distributing responsibilities, and monitoring the quality and speed of daily task completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong operational expertise in Workforce Planning, Recruitment, TNA, Training & Development, and Performance Appraisal.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, report preparation, and data analytics.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for management decisions.
  • Good understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal HR procedures and policies professionally and in an organized manner.
