About the HR Officer Co-Op Program

This role is an internship opportunity for a Co-Op student to join Moneymoon as an HR Officer. The program offers hands-on experience in daily HR operations within a fast-growing Saudi fintech environment. The position is based at the Riyadh HQ and requires on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and internal systems.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll preparation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
• Assist with HR reports, documentation, and policy implementation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This role is exclusively for Co-Op students.
• Experience required: 0-1 year.
• Ability to attend on-site at the Riyadh HQ.
• Completion of the AI interview is a mandatory requirement for this position. Applications that do not complete this step will not be considered.
