Meena Health is seeking an HRIS Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the full implementation and ongoing administration of the company's HR system.

The Role of HRIS Lead

The HRIS Lead will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the HR system, from pre-implementation planning through go-live and subsequent system administration. This position requires a hands-on approach to ensure the system aligns with business needs and supports HR, Payroll, and IT functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Manage post-go-live system administration, covering user access, troubleshooting, system updates, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT departments to ensure the HR system meets organizational requirements.
• Provide training to end-users and generate HR reports and dashboards as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Technology (IT).
• A minimum of 5 years of directly related HRIS experience, with a total experience range of 5-10 years.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Menaitech or similar ERP systems, covering pre-implementation, go-live, and ongoing administration.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HRIS Lead will work collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure the successful operation and optimization of the HR system.
