Heights Company is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will be integral to maintaining efficient HR processes. This includes managing employee records, handling requests, and supporting critical HR transactions. The specialist will also play a key role in onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for employees while upholding regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and address employee requests.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and all related employee documentation.
• Support processes related to attendance, leave management, and payroll.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
• Prepare comprehensive HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in human resources, ranging from 2 to 5 years.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR operations and employee record management.
• Understanding of Saudi labor regulations and compliance requirements.
