About the Role
W Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Talent Coach (HR Supervisor) for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves supporting employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR program dissemination, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Provide assistance and support to management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources matters.
- Oversee hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
- Inform Human Resources management of any employee relations issues that arise.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
- Review and ensure the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Assist with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Handle incoming phone calls and record messages accurately.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
- Enter and retrieve work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of HR principles and practices is required to effectively manage employee relations, recruitment, and HR program implementation.
Work Environment and Expectations
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Maintaining confidentiality and fostering positive working relationships are essential aspects of this role. Physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
