About the Human Resources Supervisor Role
Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join their team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves supporting the management and resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support management and supervisors in addressing and resolving human resources matters.
- Oversee hiring and recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to local, regional, and national laws, as well as company policies and standards.
- Communicate employee relations issues to human resources management.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding HR programs, policies, and directives.
- Inform employees about employer/employee relations, upcoming employee activities, and personnel programs and policies.
- Maintain accurate and updated personnel records, including interview documentation and I-9 forms.
- Participate in the planning, management, and logistical organization of annual employee surveys.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and take messages.
- Support management in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and development.
- Enforce all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of hotel-specific information.
- Welcome and serve guests in accordance with chain standards.
- Communicate clearly and courteously, using appropriate language when answering the telephone.
- Foster positive and constructive working relationships with colleagues, promoting teamwork and mutual support.
- Enter and retrieve professional information using computer systems and point-of-sale systems.
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing loads weighing up to 23 kilograms independently.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisors that align with the scope of the position.
