About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor-Human Resources for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department in various employee relations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor-Human Resources will assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, ensuring their resolution and follow-up. This includes supporting management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources matters. The role also requires ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards, in hiring and recruitment processes.

  • Inform Human Resources management of any employee relations issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assist with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and record messages.

Supporting Management and Employees

This position plays a supportive role in various human resources functions. This includes assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals are essential aspects of the role.

  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

General Duties and Compliance

Adherence to company policies and procedures is critical. This includes following all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions. Maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information is also a key requirement.

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Physically, the role may require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role. A strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies, and compliance is necessary.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within the framework of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts standards and procedures.
