About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor-Human Resources for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This role is integral to supporting employee relations and human resources operations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor-Human Resources will be responsible for assisting in the control and follow-up of employee relations matters, including their resolution and subsequent actions. This includes supporting management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Key duties involve:

  • Ensuring all hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Reporting Human Resources matters concerning employee relations to management.
  • Responding to employee and management inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding the company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminating information related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assisting in the logistics, administration, and organization of annual employee surveys.
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages.
  • Assisting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Complying with all company safety and security policies and procedures, and reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Greeting and acknowledging all guests in accordance with company standards.
  • Speaking with others using clear and professional language and answering telephones using appropriate protocol.
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development (GED) program.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The role requires adherence to company safety and security policies and procedures.
