About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor-Human Resources for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is integral to supporting the Human Resources department by managing employee relations, ensuring policy adherence, and assisting with various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor-Human Resources will be responsible for a range of duties focused on employee support and HR operations. This includes:

  • Monitoring and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Communicating employee relations matters to Human Resources management.
  • Responding to inquiries from employees and management regarding HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminating information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, activities, and personnel policies.
  • Ensuring the accurate maintenance and review of all employee records and files.
  • Assisting with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and recording messages accurately.

Management Support and Compliance

This position plays a crucial role in supporting management and ensuring operational integrity. Key duties include:

  • Assisting management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, and motivation.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Interacting with others using clear and professional language.
  • Answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Supporting team efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Listening to and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Entering and retrieving work-related information using computer systems or point-of-sale systems.
  • Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertaking other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct interaction with employees and management, requiring adherence to company standards for guest service and professional conduct.
