About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a dedicated IAM/PAM Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for managing and securing digital identities and privileged access within our systems. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong focus on identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of user identities and access permissions.
• Implement and administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Oversee the management and integration of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploy and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Manage privileged accounts and monitor their associated sessions to ensure security.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate effectively with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience specifically in IAM and/or PAM domains.
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM/PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, or Okta.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting is considered an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred, including but not limited to CyberArk certifications, Microsoft SC-300, CISSP, or CISM.
