About the Digital Identity & Access Management Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Identity & Access Management Consultant to join our team. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, focuses on supporting clients in the implementation and optimization of digital identity solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define detailed requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Active Directory/DNS solutions.
• Conduct assessments of existing identity processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Configure and customize PAM, IAM, MFA, and AD/DNS solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain identity policies, including privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with security, IT, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of identity services.
• Provide training, ongoing support, and documentation to clients.
• Liaise with technology vendors, including Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity, on technical and platform-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of overall IT and security experience.
• At least 4 years of direct experience in Digital Identity, IAM, or PAM.
• Hands-on experience with specific technologies: Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory/DNS.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Office 365 identity tools.
