About the IAM/PAM Consultant Role

Accenture Security is seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Consultant to join its team. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and will be based in Jeddah or Makkah. The consultant will support clients in implementing and optimizing Digital Identity solutions, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will work directly with clients to define requirements for critical identity solutions including PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Active Directory/DNS. You will be responsible for assessing existing identity processes, recommending improvements, and developing comprehensive Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans. Configuration and customization of these solutions, along with the establishment and maintenance of identity policies for privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management, will be key duties. Collaboration with internal security, IT, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of identity services is also expected. You will provide clients with training, support, and documentation, and liaise with vendors like Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity on technical matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a solid background in IT and security, with a minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in Digital Identity, IAM, or PAM. Hands-on experience with specific technologies is essential, including Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory, and DNS. A strong understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Office 365 identity tools is required.

Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills are paramount for this role. The ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate solutions is crucial. You must also demonstrate the capacity to work effectively within fast-paced, team-oriented environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
