IBM CLOUD PAK FOR INTEGRATION (CP I) OPENSHIFT ADMINISTRATOR

About the Role

Duncan & Ross is seeking an IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) OpenShift Administrator to join a leading enterprise client in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the deployment, security, and daily operations of the client's hybrid-cloud integration platform, focusing on high availability and automation. The platform utilizes IBM Cloud Pak for Integration running on Red Hat OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and configure Red Hat OpenShift clusters across hybrid cloud environments.
• Deploy CP4I using Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM).
• Manage and lifecycle CP4I capabilities through their IBM operators, including IBM MQ, API Connect, App Connect Enterprise, Event Streams, and Aspera.
• Secure the platform through RBAC, OpenShift OAuth, Keycloak/IAM integration, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Design persistent storage solutions such as ODF/Ceph, Portworx, and CSI.
• Execute cluster upgrades, patching, and node updates with the goal of zero downtime.
• Build monitoring dashboards and automate provisioning through GitOps.
• Troubleshoot cluster, storage, and pod networking issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated composure and a structured approach to resolving production incidents.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working with a leading enterprise client.
