Role Purpose and Operational Focus

The primary objective of this role is to drive operational excellence within installation activities. The specialist will be responsible for enhancing installation processes, upholding quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the installation team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities to meet established deadlines and customer expectations.
• Ensure strict compliance with installation standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related issues and resolve escalations promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and continuous support to team members.
• Identify opportunities for improving installation processes, reducing delays, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Track installation performance metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend improvements based on operational insights.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a professional and seamless installation experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in installation operations or a similar field. A proven track record in leading teams and managing project timelines is essential for this role.
