About the Role

Group-IB is seeking an Integration Engineer, Fraud Protection, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to an innovative team focused on real-time fraud detection, prevention, and combat. The primary mission is to protect financial institutions and large organizations from digital fraud.

Role Responsibilities

The Integration Engineer will leverage technical acumen and analytical skills to design, implement, and maintain the company's anti-fraud solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with anti-fraud solutions.
  • Gathering and analyzing product requirements from stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  • Preparing detailed implementation and integration documentation, such as API specifications and technical user stories.
  • Collaborating closely with the technical team, tasking, and coordinating their efforts in solution implementation.
  • Integrating solutions using APIs to ensure flexible and seamless processes.
  • Conducting session and transaction analysis, utilizing tools like Kubernetes for troubleshooting and monitoring.
  • Troubleshooting issues as a second line of support and delegating tasks to programmers when necessary.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a strong technical background and an analytical mindset to effectively contribute to the development and deployment of anti-fraud technologies.
